We all eat what is tasty or what is convenient or what our parents taught us to prefer. Most of us Live within cultural boundaries that define our food preferences and habits.

Although many of us think we are well informed about nutrition, we are not. We tend to follow one faddish diet after another.

Bad habits must be destroyed and good habits needs to be formed. Understanding Health Principles will drive a bad habit from my life and replace it with one which brings me closer to Radiant Health. For it is another of nature's law that only a habit can subdue another habit.

How a habit is Formed?

When an act becomes easy through constant repetition it becomes a pleasure to perform and if it is a pleasure to perform it is man's nature to perform it often. When one performs it often it becomes a habit and becomes its slave.

What causes for all Chronic diseases. It's High fat, High Protein, and Low Fibre diet. Avoiding oily food and consuming plant-based food may feel hard in the beginning.

Food stays 3 minutes in the mouth. We crave that instant pleasure and Dopamine release. After that 3 minutes, it's going to say in for 3 to 5 hrs in the stomach and intestine. Many times we feel bad after eating unhealthy food. It causes brain fog and we regret for the instant pleasure. When we eat a platable healthy food, we may not like it. But our stomach will feel happy and mind will be clear.

Through a whole plant-based diet, we can prevent and reverse Diabetes type 2, High blood pressure, Heart disease, Arthritis, Cancer, etc.

Also, Plant-based food provides all vitamins and minerals for good health.

Many people think we need protein for good health. A 60 kg man needs 60 grams of protein every day. We can get all the required proteins through plant-based food.

It takes 10 days for our taste buds to starts liking the new food patterns. Fruit fasting for a day or two. Cooking Palatable Plant-based food using bare minium oil, Menu Planing for a week are some of the ways to transition towards a Whole plant-based diet.
